You might think Won-qu is a tough battle, but given enough frost resistances and enough protects on Nina so she can survive a melee attack, this actually works quite nicely. Sanctuary is a total bummer, but doesn't amount to more then a wasted turn. As Won-qu is weak to fire both Nina and Ursula are dedicated main attackers while the others are used to buff after Sanctuary. Nina takes all Experience using Monopolize, so no killing people off required either.
