Being able to explore vast worlds has become a staple in video gaming in recent years. Zelda is no stranger to that, however, the exploration is as old as the franchise. It all began not with Breath of the Wild but with the first installment in the Zelda series: The Legend of Zelda.
In this review I want to go back to the roots and find out, whether the game still holds up so many decades later.
