Brian came in last Friday and it was absolutely amazing to hang out with him! He's a massive gamer and hugely dedicated to Destiny. He's 57 and loves playing his Xbox One, but he's starting to find it more and more difficult to play due to his neuropathy, which he has all over, but it’s worse in his hands and fingers.

He's already had two kidney transplants and lives with a lot of pain but, as his daughter told us, "Not once have I ever seen my dad complain."

Due to the limited movement and strength in his left thumb, Brian couldn't push the left analog stick very far down or right. So, with the help of a lightweight modded controller and an adaptor, we were able to get him using the left stick really well.

We also moved the left trigger button so he doesn't need to stretch his fingers to reach it, and all of a sudden he's playing comfortably and really well.

We didn't have Destiny on our Xbox so Brian was very excited about getting home. He had always liked the idea of joining his very own fireteam, but hadn't before as he thought that in a raid he would let his teammates down.

Brian is a truly inspirational gamer, and we're so proud to help him play with the community in the game he loves!!!
