The installer is broken.
Keeps trying to download the file "asobo-flight-tutorials-basicinstruments-0.1.22.fspackage" Gets to about 10 - 15% then goes back to 0% in a endless repeating cycle. I have restarted the installer several times and have now completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game and its still doing the same thing.

EDIT 1: The fix that worked for me and pointed out by Bjørn Ole Melby was to plug my computer straight into the modem, there is clearly an issue with the WiFi and windows. Also make sure to enable in the CMD Promt as admin.
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal

EDIT 2: A potential fix is
- Search for the Command Prompt on your computer and run it as administrator.
- Type netsh interface tcp show global
- Look for Receive Windows Auto-Tuning Level

If it says: Enabled
then type
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

The endless loop should stop but your download speed will be severely reduced.
