Broomstick Challenge! Can you complete it?

Place a broomstick or long handled implement behind your back.
Without letting go of the stick, lower yourself down to the ground and then back up into a standing position.
It can be pretty difficult if you don't have sufficient mobility throughout your hips.
Give it a go and let me know how you do!
