Desynced is a base-building game where you gather materials and explore unknown lifeforms to access alien elements that will later be used after researching new technologies when the up-link is on.

It's similar to Factorio, but automation is not pushed to such a level, the AI can mine, defend or support logistics on its own, but you still have to manually explore and solve puzzles that vary in difficulties, and sometimes can be brutal to figure out.
