Build your own theme park! Dice-cascade your customers through the most rides for success!
3In Dice Theme Park is a 1-4 player game that takes 75-90 minutes for ages 14+ in which you take the role of an amusement park manager trying to make it the most successful and popular theme park in the region. In order to achieve that you'll have to buy amazing attractions and convince visitors to enjoy the park to the fullest and spend as much time as possible trying more and more attractions.
We all start with the same deck of cards and as we play them we will be changing our hand with our neighbors. Then you get to choose your visitor dice, buy new attractions, improvements and hire mascots. And now you're ready for visitors who if they're not already in your park, they'll start from the entrance. Here is the real puzzle of the game: Each attraction can be activated only once if you don't have upgrades and after activation the visitor dice that activated the attraction tile decrease by 1 and one of them must move to an adjacent tile and can activate that tile. Optimizing this dice cascade is the core of the game and the most challenging part.
I really enjoy the idea but if you really want to find the best solution for the dice cascade puzzle this can generate some AP and make the game feel more abstract.
The game looks really cute, the theme is fun and attractive but the gameplay has quite a bit of depth so don't mistake this for a gateway game. It's not a heavy game for sure but building the dice engine in a succefull way might need a bit more attention and understanding.
