In this episode of let's play Starbound Frackin' Universe, we return to building up our lab to use better, more power-hungry equipment. We start off looking at how I have redesigned the item transfer network to increase capacity and split everything up neatly, plus hooking it in to the bees, seeds and genetics areas. We even have a dedicated honeycomb storage above the centrifuge.

Then we look at adding nuclear power to the grid, now that solar does not generate from natural light and in the night time. We see how to build a fission reactor, which requires us to get advanced alloy, nuclear cores and uranium rods. Our bees can help out for some things, but we realise we also need to acquire a large amount of basic ores that have got lost along the way.

The nuclear core for the fission reactor requires helium 3, so we look into how to get helium 3, which seems to be based around moon rocks. We also hunt for unstable particles, which looks like something we can extract or craft, but how?

Also in this let's play Starbound Frackin' Universe gameplay video, the mites are all gone and the ITDs are pulling the items out of the apiaries again, Spoiler Ape dumps a load, and we discover the fission reactor looks like a willy.
