We take our first look at Surviving Mars gameplay, a game which sends rockets to Mars full of supplies, drone and eventually people. You use drones to build your infrastructure and keep things ticking over, eventually building domes that will house your new colonists.
Surviving Mars gameplay has echoes of RimWorld, Aven Colony and other sci-fi city builders, but adds stuff such as anomolies to scan, trade routes to open and various rovers to control. It allows you to choose when to send a rocket to resupply your base, who gets to come to Mars, and lets you solve a core mystery that you choose at the start of the game.
In this first let's play Surviving Mars gameplay video, we start a new game and play through to the completion of our first colonist dome.
