Burnout 3 is one of my favorite games of all time. I'd argue that it's almost perfect in every regard. But not every game is perfect, if this is to go off of. Granted, you're literally never going to fall into this hole in regular gameplay, but it's still hilarious to fall through.
It's super easy to set up, too: just get to the end of the track and just drive into the corner of one of the blocked off streets demonstrated here.

Also, can I mention that Criterion deserves a lot of credit for making the 480p mode on the PS2 version of this game actually output in a 640x480 frame? That's not something you typically saw on PS2 games, but for one reason or another, that's exactly the approach Criterion took here. For whatever reason, that doesn't translate to the Xbox version, which renders at 640x449(?) all throughout.
