I recorded this video about a week and a half ago to post here, but I forgot to upload it when I recorded it, so here you go.
Setting this up is really easy: just go to the Bouncy, Bouncy, Bouncy challenge, get to the bouncing platforms and jump (and spin) your way towards the rock that sits directly above the Bungee Challenge. If done correctly, you're able to walk out of the regular boundaries of the map!
Just be careful to not get stuck on anything outside of the regular boundaries.
