BUY Your Games! No Renting!
I didn't know that bragging about buying games is a thing with these people.
"I just bought these two games to own them and support the developers."
I said this many times already. Buying games do not directly support the developers. Buying games give money to the companies who are supposed to be the ones supporting those developers, and those companies can do whatever they like to those developers, including not paying them or laying them off.
"Buy your games. No renting."
No, I do whatever I want with my money, and because I'm currently broke, I'm going to do what I will always do with my money, and that is to pay the freaking bills.
"When I die, my family can sell my gaming collection."
I'm sorry, what? What the hell does you dying have anything to do with video game collection? Is owning physical copies of games really that important that you have to point out about how much you're going to earn when you die?
"When game pass gamers die, you get nothing."
Nice of you to share to everyone what your fantasies are, but what you don't understand is that people that rent their games save money at the present, while you're the one wasting them to these big corporations in the delusion that you're "supporting the developers." No, you're supporting the companies who are the ones who have that obligation to support the developers. Whether they hold up their end of the deal is entirely up to them.
