2ENG: "Golden Axe" is a beat'em up action game for the Commodore 64 computer in 1990. The action of this game takes place in the land of Yuria. The main antagonist is Death Adder, who kidnapped the king and his daughter, and is also looking for the Golden Axe - the symbol of the whole land. Three heroes stand against him: Gilius Thunderhead, the brave dwarf, the barbarian Ax Battler and the amazon Tyris Flare. The goal of the game is primarily to fight the charges of Death Adder, including ordinary, armed people, giants or even animated skeletons. Some of the opponents can mount various animals in which, after throwing the enemy from the saddle, you can mount such a mount. After a few owner changes, the pet runs away from here. Each character in which you can control has its own weapon, such as a sword or an axe, and can use appropriate spells. The magic counter is replenished with books falling from gnomes, which sometimes appear during our game.

Głównym antagonistą jest Death Adder, który porwał króla i jego córkę, a także szuka Złotego Topora – symbolu całej krainy. Przeciwstawia mu się trójka bohaterów: Gilius Thunderhead, dzielny krasnolud, barbarzyńca Ax Battler i amazonka Tyris Flare. Celem gry jest przede wszystkim walka z podopiecznymi Death Adder'a, w tym zwykłymi, uzbrojonymi ludźmi, gigantami czy nawet ożywionymi szkieletami. Niektórzy z przeciwników mogą dosiadać do przeróżnych zwierząt w którym po zrzuceniu wroga z siodła można takiego wierzchowca dosiąść. Po paru zmianach właściciela zwierzę ucieka stąd. Każda postać w której można sterować ma swoją broń takich jak miecz czy topór, a także potrafi używać odpowiednich czarów. Licznik magii jest uzupełniany za pomocą ksiąg wypadających z krasnali, które czasem pojawiają się w trakcie naszej rozgrywki.
