RétroGaming 2.0 ;0)Presents you "Cadillacs and Dinosaurs" is a 2D side scrolling beat'em up. The plot is based on the comic "Cadillacs and Dinosaurs" and takes place in the "City In The Sea" and its neighboring nearby jungle. The story starts 500 years after the 20th century (the 26th century), when an ensemble gang called the Black Marketeers begin hunting the dinosaurs to serve their unknown purpose. The continuous hunting process has made the dinosaurs violent and now they have started attacking villages and people. The game has 4 playable characters: Jack Tenrec, Hannah Dundee, Mustapha Cairo and Mess O'Bradovich. Up to three players can play at once, guiding their selected characters through eight stages, battling various enemies and bosses. The player has access to several attacks. Each character has two special moves including one that depletes a character's health upon contact with an enemy and when two or more players play together, they can trigger a team-attack. Players can also find and use various firearms, throwing weapons such as rocks and explosives, and melee weapons such as clubs.

L'intrigue est basée sur la bande dessinée "Cadillacs et dinosaures" et se déroule dans la "City In The Sea" et sa jungle voisine voisine. L'histoire commence 500 ans après le 20e siècle (le 26e siècle), lorsqu'un gang appelé les Black Marketeers commence à chasser les dinosaures pour servir leur objectif inconnu. Le processus de chasse continu a rendu les dinosaures violents et maintenant ils ont commencé à attaquer les villages et les gens. Le jeu comporte 4 personnages jouables : Jack Tenrec, Hannah Dundee, Mustapha Cairo et Mess O'Bradovich. Jusqu'à trois joueurs peuvent jouer en même temps, guidant leurs personnages sélectionnés à travers huit étapes, combattant divers ennemis et boss. Le joueur a accès à plusieurs attaques. Chaque personnage dispose de deux mouvements spéciaux, dont un qui épuise la santé d'un personnage au contact d'un ennemi et lorsque deux joueurs ou plus jouent ensemble, ils peuvent déclencher une attaque d'équipe. Les joueurs peuvent également trouver et utiliser diverses armes à feu, des armes de jet telles que des pierres et des explosifs, et des armes de mêlée telles que des gourdins.
