*Small disclamer: Just because I recommend someone’s content doesn’t mean I agree with everything they say in said content. I just found it interesting or informative and thought you would as well.*

In general, anytime I bring up an item description or dialogue, I am sourcing that directly from the games: Dark Souls 1, Dark Souls 2, or Dark Souls 3. In the case of this video, I used http://darksouls2.wikidot.com/ for some Dark Souls 2 items. I used Fandom’s tables with weapon stats for Caitha’s Chimes and Velka’s Talisman as it was by far the easiest to read. There were also the “flooding logistics” posts referenced in the video.

And I did use some resources outside of the scope of game materials such as the Greek Mythology and etymology.

Description:
I do a brief overview of one of the sealers of New Londo, Yulva, and the Dark Souls Goddess of Tears, Caitha, and explore my theory that Yulva became Caitha after her death.

This video is multiple times longer than any other video I've made so far. I typically like my videos to be short and snappy. Even still, this video was originally going to be much longer but I cut a lot out that may not have been necessary. Things like comparing the Fall Control spell to falling in a body of water, explaining exactly why the Cathedral of the Deep statues are thought to be Caitha, and a lot more about Velka and the Painted Worlds. I may make videos on the subjects later, or if I find good sources that accomplish the same goal, I will link them here.
