This is Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare with OpenAL Soft's HRTF [IRC_1037 tables] through DSOAL. COD4 doesn't really support DirectSound3D, but activating 5.1 speakers in-game causes it to use some kind of virtual surround with DSOAL. It sounds even worse than in Halo 2 and Mass Effect 2, unfortunately. Don't expect an "aural wallhack" if you're one of the few hundred or so players still playing 13 years later. It's basically just enhanced stereo. Compared to Call of Duty 2 w/ DSOAL, it's a fucking joke.
"Safehouse" is an oddity in the COD4 campaign, as it's one of the only non-linear sandbox missions in the entire franchise. The objectives are nicely spread out in a circle and each building even has multiple entry points and sniper positions. Unfortunately, like COD2's "The Silo", the arcade-y "push forwards to cover or else the enemies will infinitely respawn" gameplay just makes it a frustrating exercise in cover shooting rather than an interesting, tactical change of pace.
Yes, I know my multiplayer footage is awful. I don't really care enough about COD to hear your opinion, and 90% of active players use hacks anyway. Seriously, COD4 is one of the most easily hacked games of all time. All my competent MP5+SteadyAim demos were lost when I upgraded to Windows 10, so I had to actually join a server in 2020 and record this live.
