This is Malice: 23rd Century Ultraconversion for Quake with OpenAL Soft's HRTF [IRC_1037 tables] in FTE. With a title like that, how could you be disappointed? Well, let me tell you something. Malice is not only the best third-party commercial add-on for Quake 1, it's actually better than Quake 2! No, really. It's not THAT high of a bar. Malice feels like the Quake engine sequel to a Build engine game that never existed, if that makes any sense.
