00:00 - 10:50 1440P DLSS Balanced settings
10:51 - 20:02 1440P Fidelity CAS

What I can say is that on Fidelity the clarity is way way better. If you want to see everything details and crisp, fidelity is the way. If you don't care and want to play more mushy visually, you can go with DLSS and more fps.
