Camera Screen Protector For The Z Cam E1 Video Camera - atFolix FX hybrid glass
In this video I'm attempting to put a screen protector on the display of my Z Cam E1. I seemed to have had a bit of a problem lining up the screen protector with the E1's screen, this was totally my fault.
I think the bubbles on the edges were because I'd not lined up the glass properly and not a fault with the screen protector.
Also. The dust remover wasn't particularly useful and actually left residue on the screen, totally not my fault :) Seriously though, I'd recommend not using this and just clean the screen with some cleaning solution and a microfiber cloth before applying the screen protector.
Using the supplied cloth for a last clean before applying the protector won't be an issue.
You may have noticed some marks on the screen etc. This wasn't anything to do with the screen protector, my screen already had some small marks on it.
Bottom line. This screen protector is easily worth the £8 or so that I payed for it. I would go beyond recommending this screen protector and positively insist that anyone with an E1 should use one. In my search this was the only one I could find, the other things I found were only thin film plastic protectors.
Here's a description of this particular glass screen protector by Atfolix:
Better than glass: unlike real glass or tempered glass, this Glass Screen Protector of plastic is unbreakable and splinter-free - fit for Z-Cam E1 Camera
Maximum protection against scratching (hardness 9H at 500g writing pressure) - this Plastic glass protective film consists of an extremely thin (approx. 0.2 mm) and resistant material
The unique glass / plastic material composition of the Plastic Glass Protective Film provides the highest light permeability and an oleophobic anti-fingerprint coating for your Z-Cam E1 Camera
Particularly strong silicone adhesive layer - with Z-Cam E1 Camera Glass Screen Protector of plastic simple scratches already present on the display simply disappear
Accessory@FoliX - Made in Germany *** Easy to install: the FX-Hybrid-Glass Z-Cam E1 Camera Glass Protector has a similar stiffness to that of real glass and can be installed easily and without bubbles
