Maliketh the Black Blade is one of the hardest bosses in Elden Ring and the Souls series in general - he's fast, aggressive, deals insane damage and is a significant threat to most players, Souls veterans or not, when fought 1v1 in his bossfight. So what happens if you were to replace every enemy in the Lands Between with the goodest boi himself, and to make things more interesting, try to beat the game at Level 1 ? Without using skips, glitches or summons/spirit ashes.

So, Can You Beat Elden Ring at Level 1 When Every Enemy Is Maliketh? Here is the answer. :)

Also yes I do think an All Malenia run would've been easier...

This playthrough was done using the Elden Ring Randomizer mod : https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/428
and using the "Oops All" custom settings to randomize every enemy and boss into Maliketh.
