okay, so errata on my past video, it looks like i'm wrong about being safe from decloaking once you're past dscan range. it must have been just my low data set of testing a couple of short range and a couple of long range cloaked ships.

this time i used 4 accounts on sisi, two at short and two at the farthest deepSS i have ingame.

it seems to me like there's an almost even chance you'll get decloaked regardless of range. i think it's just RNG without modifiers.

followup:
1) now i still have to test if it checks instantly once the mobile finishes anchoring...i initially leaned towards the notion that it did, but the attribute clearly says "activation delay" which might mean a further 10min wait or it could be just nomenclature for anchoring - BUT, my tests are conclusive about it being every 10 minutes it checks...soo....once can extrapolate the "delay" might mean it has to anchor AND spool up for it's first check. *shrug* anyways, test for another day
2) i also need to test the scannability of a lachesis with a point, sensor boosters and signal amps (plus magnetometric signal boosting implants), as an option for afk system denial.
