Opinion:
This was a fun beginner build, except for several issues I had. Removing the film from the acrylic plates was a pain in the ass, my fingers got all raw trying to peel it off.. Could be a personal problem but maybe not.
Also, with the clear version, be careful not to get too much dust between each layer, or else it's gonna be there forever, unless you plan to take it all apart. For my kit, one of the standoffs I got was stripped. It would have been nice if they provided extras, but they did not. I would have also liked if it came with some bumpons for the bottom, instead the keyboard rests on the screws. I recommend using a desk mat unless you have your own bumpons.

But other than all of that, it was fun LOL. I think if you're trying to find a low cost build to test/try out soldering on, this could be something to look into.
