-ADITIONAL NOTES-
-Keep in mind that Evil Ryu has two different air tatsus;
the regular quarter circle one that keeps your momentum,
and a half circle which works much like Gouken's air tatsu in SF4.
-The level 2 super shoryuken seems to reset the juggle value, BUT it only works if you have 1 juggle point left, so if a shoryuken would not hit normally the super won't either.
Mostly C-Groove stuff, but the meterless stuff will work on all grooves ofc.
