Super Smash Brothers has finally released for the Wii U, and let me be the first to tell you something Internet, it is glorious. Seeing this game run in 1080p at 60FPS is fantastic. I'm probably going to have to update my capture card so I can record it as such!
Anyway, the Derp Crew has decided to check out the Online Component and engage in some Free For All and Team DeathMatch Battles! Expect Chaos, Bullshit, and Shenanigans and as we fight to prove who is number one smash player!
Just as a side note, the Online play still has a bit of button delay. Not nearly as much as Super Smash Brothers Brawl, or the 3DS Super Smash Brothers, but it does still exist. I would say that its either 50/50 if you get it or not. But to be honest, the game is still playable even with it. A nuisance? Yea. But to be able to Play Smash Brothers with friends across the country makes me overlook it.
So what exactly is Super Smash Brothers in case you have been living under a rock for 20 years.
Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS is a fighting video games developed by Sora and Bandai Namco published by Nintendo. It is the fourth installment in the Super Smash Bros. series of games, which features characters from various Nintendo franchises murdering each other for glory.
Essentially you get to play as the best heroes and enemies from around the Nintendo universe (And sometimes other platforms as well) and beat the living crap out of each other with powerful smash moves, random items, stage events, and just downright shenanigans. You can either play time mode (Where you have a certain amount of time to rack up as many kills and as little deaths as possible) Or stock mode (Where each character has a certain number of lives)
