We got a 1CC on the first Castlevania on the NES! I feel we have done better in the past, but this is the only playthrough I recorded so far. Better late than never, I suppose!
So here's Simon Belmont! Many claim that this is a ridiculously hard game to clear. Sure, I did die a lot on my first playthrough, but once you have a basic strategy for the tricky parts, it becomes quite easy to clear as you can see. Because Simon has such limited mobility, every step, jump, and swing can be quite risky. You have infinite continues, but the fear of starting the entire level over again if you mess up is there. Anyway, it's another one of my favorite NES games. Please, enjoy!
