Ladies and Gentleman welcome to another Playthrough of Castlevania Symphony Of The Night where this time i am playing the game on Luck Mode with a special twist that alongside all the mods used in my previous playthrough that i did it at level 1, i used another mod tool for SOTN that makes me able to edit enemy stats, dropped items and their attributes resistences or weaknesses. Unlock the other playthrough, this one doesnt use the NoExp mod so i will be able to level up normally. With this Sotn edit mod tool i decided to name this mode "Nightmare Mode" as i basically made the game even harder by increasing enemy stats even more in comparison to the Hard Mode mod while also changing certain enemy drops that would drop weapons/armor etc that the Hard Mode mod didnt nerf in a way to make then balanced enough. This tool on top on being able to change enemy stats and more, i can also change the base shop list of items available in the Master Librarian shop as well as their price so i went ahead and changed almost the entire shop around to also include some drops from inverted castle enemies that are fun to use and are not broken to normal castle standards in the Nightmare Mode i created. Like my previous run, this will be a deathless run so no game over from start to finish of the game however i will be skipping cutscenes in this run besides the ending sequence so its more gameplay focused as i showed the games cutscenes in my previous run. On Luck Mode, it doesnt matter how well or bad you do against Dracula fight you will have Alucard with the same stats for Luck Mode even if you defeat Dracula in less then a minute. The only thing that changes is what items you might get by fufilling their conditions like starting the game with a Heart Refresh if you end the Dracula's portion while you have 0 hearts for instance. Alucard overall will have very low starting stats but will have 99 luck and a Lapis Lazuli pre equipped which gives +20 to it for a total of 119 luck. The luck stat affects drop chance as well as how likely you get Critical Hits, how powerful those critical hits will be and how likely the Talisman acessory will trigger its damage negating effect. In the comments section i will give you what i changed to the enemies overall when it comes to enemy stats, drops etc. I hope everyone enjoys the run :)
