Cattails: Wildwood Story: First Impressions Playthrough
5In the playthrough, I complete the first 4 days of the game. I learn how to collect herbs, hunt for prey, and fight voidling cats. I also choose a location for the town, build the temple, explore the area around the town, and complete the requests for Alabaster to join the colony and unlock gardening and Talon to unlock squad assignments. I was impressed by how much customization there is, from creating your own cat character, picking where the town will be and the town name, and placing buildings in the town. The map is huge, and I did get a bit lost on day 4 when trying to find my way back to the town haha. Hunting for prey can be a bit tricky, along with fighting the voidling cats, but I do like that you can change the difficulty from kitten to impawssible as well as the hunt mode from quick time to coin toss. I enjoyed this first playthrough, and I am excited to see what more is in store.
