Lori Briggs, a 24 year veteran of the Detroit Police Department is known department wide as THE go to person on the force when it comes to stray dogs in Detroit.
Lori's passion and experience are on display almost weekly as she volunteers her time helping ease the burden currently being felt by Detroit Animal Care and Control and more specifically the citizens of Detroit who have nowhere to turn as Detroit Animal care and Control has been closed to the public.
In this video however, you will see and hear about a vindictive NEW Director of Detroit and Care and Control - Melissa Miller, as Lori Briggs is reduced to tears for wanting so badly to help and do the right thing.
What do you think about the actions of volunteer Lori Briggs. Share in the comment below.
