Ingredients:1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets2 tablespoons oil (vegetable or olive oil)1 teaspoon cumin seeds1 teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to taste)Salt to tasteFresh coriander leaves for garnish (optional)Instructions:Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.Add cauliflower florets to the pan and stir well to coat them with oil.Sprinkle turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt over the cauliflower.Stir-fry the cauliflower for about 8-10 minutes or until they are cooked through and slightly crispy on the edges.
