Level 61
Ink is an action platformer with puzzle/strategy elements (and 3 boss battles). It's basically a "defeat all the enemies and get to the exit" platformer... except that all of the walls and platforms are invisible! At least, they are at the start of the level... as one might guess from the title of the game, ink is an important gameplay element: Touch, deaths, attacks (enemies only), and double-jumps (player only) will all produce ink that will help make invisible platforms visible!
Like in many action platformers, the levels in Ink start out pretty simple... but do become a lot harder later in the game.
I actually recorded this video a while back, when someone I know was having trouble with Level 61. I didn't quite finish it in time for it to be useful, but... ^^; Anyway, this video shows two variations of a "slow and safe" method for completing Level 61. Basically, to get the key next to the first circle turret, after jumping over the bullet, you can use either air control (0:47) or a double-jump (1:27) to go left, slide down the wall, and grab the key.
Air control means you can't go too far to the right on the first jump (but if you don't go far enough, the bullet will hit you!). Double-jump means the turret will probably have time to fire off a second shot (so you can't spend too much time double-jumping or wall-sliding, and you have to be a bit more aware of where you land!). Some players will find one method easier, and some will find the other method easier... which is why I included both in this video. ^^

Wow. Every time I pass one of these milestones, I think back to the humble beginnings of this channel just as a place for me to post some Aubergine videos... ^^;

So... thank you all for the past four years (especially those of you who have been here practically since the beginning)! I'm looking forward to the next year, and hope all of you are as well!
Oh, and for those of you who were wondering, this past year (especially this past half-year!) has been a lot busier than usual for me (for both good and bad reasons), so I haven't been recording quite as much variety in games as I would've liked (NecroDancer is fairly easy for me to record on my current setup, which is why (combined with the fact that it's a fun game!) there's been a lot of that)... but I'll try to improve the variety in this coming year (and yes, for those of you who are interested: although I haven't had as much time as I've wanted to work on it, there is still a third lyrics video in the works!). ^_^
