Cavalcadence plays "Dad Mode" 5: Dove & Monk - 0-deaths win! (All Zones Mode)
For anybody who's interested in custom Cadences (or other characters), the official NecroDancer FAQ has some info about creating custom characters, and even has a link to the pinned thread on the official forums, where people have posted some of their custom creations:

So once again, I hadn't been having much luck with Cadence Low Percent, so once again, I decided to take a break from it by practicing Dad Mode (i.e. co-op solo) with Dove and Monk.
As I've mentioned before, Dove and Monk might seem like an odd choice of characters, but if you think about it... it actually isn't that odd. =)
- Dove can't kill enemies, but can pick up Gold.
- Monk can't pick up Gold, but can kill enemies.
Each one makes up for the other's main disadvantage... so in that sense, they're kind of perfect for each other. =)
Anyway, I'd gradually been getting better with Dove and Monk. And though I'd actually completed All Zones Mode with them more than a few times... each time, one or both of them had died at least once. =/ I was pretty sure I could manage a 0-deaths win, though, so I kept practicing... and actually came pretty close a couple of times (including a 1-death win)!
And then this run happened. =)
Ironically, I actually made more careless mistakes in this run than in my 1-death win... but somehow, I made it through without either character dying. So I guess the secret to a 0-deaths win was just to be more careless. ;)
Seriously, though, I'm pretty happy with this run. Despite both characters almost dying a couple times, I had a lot of fun... and it was nice to finally get that 0-deaths win. =)
Anyway, here it is... my first ever Dad Mode 0-deaths win! Hope you enjoy!
The mini-bosses I encountered during this run were:
Zone 1: Green Dragon, Minotaur, and Green Dragon.
Zone 2: Direbat, Green Dragon, and Minotaur.
Zone 3: Direbat, Green Dragon, and Direbat.
Zone 4: The Mommy, Ogre, and Green Dragon.
