Cavalcadence plays Dorian 2: 5-Zones win! (All Zones Mode: AMPLIFIED)


So, because the 5-Zones Bolt run went well, I started thinking about Dorian. Similar to Bolt, I never quite got around to doing a 5-Zones run with Dorian... so I figured I might as well give it a try. =)

So I did a Dorian test run. And did pretty badly. ^^; So I did a second test run... and that one went a lot better! I found a 1-2 Blood Broadsword... which seemed to be a really good weapon for Dorian. And the broadsword basically carried me through the rest of the run! ^.^

So... anyway, here it is! My first ever 5-Zones All Zones Mode Dorian win... hope you enjoy!


Some notes and possible points of interest:

0:20 Glass Spear! Hmm, actually, this might be good. If it breaks, it basically turns into a Dagger... and meanwhile Dorian will have a Range 2, 5 damage weapon. =)

3:30 Whoops, I think there's no way out now without taking some damage... ^^; Actually, maybe I should buy one of these. I've been pretty lucky with the Glass Spear so far, but I'm sure that luck's not going to last the entire run, so...

4:04 Hmm, actually broadsword is pretty nice! Wide attack means Dorian doesn't have to be on the same row or column to hit an enemy... so not being able to take single steps isn't quite as bad a disadvantage!
