So... during a fairly early 0-gold Melody speedrun attempt, I actually got what I thought was a 0-gold sub-13, but... it wasn't. ^^; It was actually a 1-gold sub-13. ^^;;
I'm still not sure why the final phase of the NecroDancer 2 battle triggers gold drops (I suspect it's simply a minor bug that never got fixed!), but... yeah, when reviewing the video, sure enough, there was a single gold coin extremely well-hidden behind the NecroDancer sprite. =p
Anyway, after that, it took quite a lot longer than I was hoping it would, but... eventually, this run happened. =) And even though the build was quite different, the final time was actually about the same! Well, okay, it was slightly longer... but then, bombing to get rid of that single gold drop would've taken slightly longer too, so... =)
So anyway, here it is... my first ever 0-gold sub-13 Melody win! Hope you enjoy!
