So, no-Powerups Starch seemed like she'd be a fun character to try... and since the "non-central powerup cluster" strat worked well for Peanut, I thought I'd try that again with Starch. ^_^

Anyway, long story short, I did have to take a bit of extra time to figure out some better "no Powerups" Starch strats for certain sections of the Medulla battle... ^^; But eventually, this run happened! =)

So here it is... my first ever "no Powerups used" Starch vs. Boss Rush S+! Hope you enjoy!
