Cavalcadence plays Monk 38: Jeweled Dagger! (All Zones Mode: AMPLIFIED)
So... I was watching someone else play Monk recently, and realized it's been a while since I've played Monk! ^.^
So I figured it might be fun to play a few Monk runs, so I switched to Monk, and on my very first run... the game decided to present Monk with a 1-1 Jeweled Dagger. ^^;
Similar to when the game recently presented Mary with a Jeweled Dagger (Mary 82), I was pretty sure I'd never completed a Jeweled Dagger Monk run before... and by presenting it so early in the run, it kind of seemed like the game wanted me to try... so I did. =)
Long story short, though I did make some mistakes along the way, I wasn't quite as rusty with Monk as I was worried I'd be... and despite the fact that I'm much more comfortable with ranged weapons (spear, bow, etc.) with Monk... I actually managed to make it through, for my first ever Jeweled Dagger Monk win! ^_^

8:33 Boots of Strength! A 6-damage weapon isn't really necessary (especially with the ring of peace!)... but we could always transmog the boots later, if we encounter the Transmog Shop. ^^

10:31 Magic Drumstick! Using it right now is kind of a waste, but... hopefully we'll find some more food later. ^^
11:01 Bright Torch. Come to think of it, Bright has better visibility than Infernal, and with the jeweled dagger, the fire isn't necessary to open boxes and barrels, so... ^^
11:26 [whoops, watching this now, I realize Monk could've gotten to 8 health here by throwing the dagger, using the shrine of peace, and eating the magic drumstick... but at the time I was thinking about the Boss Shrine instead (2 mini-bosses is a lot less risky when you have the Ring of Peace!)... ah well. ^^]
