CEMU 1.11.3 - ZELDA BOTW FPS++ 60fps ( Triple-core fps test) i7 4790k CPU
*update: newer vidoe here: https://youtu.be/32ovIJSROTY - View video in HD 1440p/ 60 fps for best quality bitrate. Testing out Zelda Breath of the Wild running on the wii u CEMU emulator for Windows PC. All footage is real-time, with no speedhacks. Decided to run this in native resolution with no gfx enhancements (except contrasty and FPS++) to test CPU performance. Not much exciting gameplay, just testing out the FPS in a couple areas. Also, I'm using an old gamesave but this version of BOTW is 1.4.1. My settings are at the end of video.
My budget GPU slows down quite a bit if I use higher resolutions at 60fps. Not much of an issue at 30fps but when using FPS++ 60, higher resolution (1800p+) drops the fps down to the mid 40's or so. 1080p is about 10% slower than native. But otherwise, when not recording, the game runs between 55fps - 60fps much of the time at native resolutions.
