Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow video feature on Ice Hockey for the NES developed and published by Nintendo.

Ice Hockey is perhaps the best title in Nintendo's Sports Series for the NES. It plays as well today as it did in 1988, and it's just as much fun. Let's all watch Derek lose at it. In this video, Derek plays Ice Hockey and offers some casual observations. And frustrated obscenities. Choosing from six countries, players assemble a team from three different player types. We've always been partial to Fat Guy, ourselves. Derek might want to rethink his strategies, though, because they're obviously not working. Ice Hockey is one of the best sports games ever released for the NES, and Derek isn't very good at it.
