CGRundertow BRAVE: THE VIDEO GAME for Nintendo DS Video Game Review
Brave: The Video Game review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Brave: The Video Game from Behaviour Interactive and Disney Interactive Studios for the Nintendo DS. Disney and Pixar's Brave comes to the Nintendo DS in a form taken by many other movie games. This is a simple beat 'em up. You play as Merida, and you move through linear environments and slay repetitive hordes of enemies. As you'd expect, Merida is a sharpshooter. She has a bow and a sword, and you mash buttons to use them. Merida can be upgraded in a few different areas. It's not a bad game, but of course, we would much rather have seen a pixelated Brave game than one with boring 3D models. We want a Brave game like A Link to the Past. This video review features video gameplay footage of Brave: The Video Game for the Nintendo DS and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
