Chacha Fighter V Game Sample - X68000
Very little is known about this fighting game, but there is little doubt that it's a doujin game or even a hack of pre-existing fighters of the time, programmed for fans of the X68K and it's based around the popular "Akazukin Chacha" manga and anime. It borrows several sounds, graphics, and features from early Street Fighter games but interestingly also seems to feature many elements from Capcom's "Darkstalkers" engine as well, such as the ability to upgrade basic moves, perform a variety of specials, and even attack characters with ground moves (as if that wasn't enough, one of the characters fight kinda like Demitri). It's not very good, but as someone who dabbles in all sorts of games, I admit that it's a tad bit interesting. I have no idea why there's a "V" on the end.
This is a video of the game in action. Enjoy.
