A subpar port of a pretty good sprite-scaling arcade rail shooter (that was also made available on Wii's Virtual Console) that is in the vein of Sega's "Space Harrier" (due to the type of game it is and overall simplicity), the game is slow, with sloppy movement (mainly within corridors where you have to make turns), way too much sprite flickering (where it seems like almost every other sprite disappears from screen), collision detection issues, and a awkward view of the action at points. The soundtrack is admittedly good, but overall, the game doesn't do the Mega Drive justice and this game could've been better than it was.

You have to get through each stage with a limited amount of energy, which is refilled at certain points and you can gain more by destroying more enemies. This is a video of it in action. Enjoy.
