The Kabutops fossil (hex:B6), Aerodactyl fossil (hex:B7) and Ghost (hex:B8) Missingno. appear to withdraw their base stats and TM/HM compatibility based upon the last party Pokémon drawn into memory. This means that you could share Mew's TM/HM movepool, and then later change a 'special Missingno.'s base stats so that it adapts the base stats of a high base stat total glitch Pokémon. Occasionally, the wrong message will be displayed (e.g. although the game might say that a TM/HM move is incompatible, it may actually allow Missingno. learn that move.)
