By abusing certain glitch Pokémon which learn a Super Glitch move outside of battle, such as 4, ゥァ in Pokémon Yellow (hex:CF), which learns a Super Glitch move level 24, if you replace the second move with it, it is possible to alter the Pokémon data structure in a certain way and force them to evolve into Pokémon which they normally shouldn't by standard level up and cause a few additional side effects to the menu.

I have no idea how this works, though if I find anything useful to evolve into any Pokémon, I'll update the description.
