How to change the engine, grow the team, change production methods, and still be able to release the game (almost =P) on time? How to deal with all that and not lose your sanity in the process? I'll go over technical challenges, team management issues, and personal struggles during the development. We came a long way to release Frostpunk 2, and it was not an easy one. No silver bullets, no magical solutions, just a story of overcoming troubled development from the technical and production perspective.
