"The Saga of the Seaside Inn (Yuffie)" Odd Job is completed by talking to Johnny at his new Seaside Inn in Costa del Sol. We need to complete three objectives for this quest. First, we head to Costa Falls and speak with the Johnny's there to learn our first objective, collecting boxes by the eight ziplines. We don't need to collect all of them, but doing so gets us the best results. Second, we head to the Valve Factory Ruins and talk to the Johnny's there to learn our second objective, finding the Transmuter Chip and crafting a Boiler Valve through Transmutation (If you're followed the walkthrough thus far, you probably already have this like I do). Lastly, we meet a Johnny by the Borderlands and agree to defeat the Tonberry King to get a Crown. We can use the Marred Crown for a lesser result, or the Pristine Crown for the best result. Once in battle, we need to stagger the King to make it drop its crown, then we need to use Steal directly on the Crown itself to collect it before the King takes it back. After giving the Johnny the crown, we return to the Seaside Inn to finish the quest. Our rewards for completing this quest are the J-Squad Queen's Blood Card and the ability to finally see our Johnny Items showcased at Jonny's Inn. Note: The Red Chest located at the Inn contains the One-Winged Angel Piano Sheet and it cannot be obtained until we collect every single Johnny Item.
The "Of Robed Men and Ransoms (Red XIII)" Odd Job is completed by talking to Doctor Sheiran in North Corel and agreeing to rescue the kidnapped Robed Man. We start by following Red XIII until we eventually arrive at the mines. Once inside, we use the UV Light to track the purple glowing prints until we find the Robed Man and his kidnappers. After defeating the Dark Claw they throw at us, we rescue the man and return to the Doctor for own reward, Tale of the Red Warrior Vol. II for Red XIII.
