During the first few frames of changing characters when entering a scene transition will cause the game to crash. It appears to be a console crash because I am not able to restart the console, but this may just be a game crash (not softlock). The doors in this video are loading because of Map Glitch, so this has not been tested on NTSC or PAL.

Map Glitch is a Japanese exclusive glitch where holding C-Right during a transition causes sections of the next room to not load. Upon releasing Map Glitch, those functions that did not occur now do.
