We make our way through Fort Joy, picking up new party members while we find out the state of the encampment that we're in. As it stands, it looks like the Magisters are onlookers, picking up prisoners from time to time to ""cure"" them. When they aren't pillaging people, Griff, an angry and cutthroat bully, appears to coerce the inhabitants to give him whatever meagre possessions the tenants have left for the purpose of ""food"" and ""protection""... in what is clearly a veiled embezzlement scheme.
Regardless, with little weapons, armor, and items, we navigate the area carefully. We re-unite a daughter and father; learn about the possible origins of the horrendous, hulking creatures that the Magisters are employing; and find out two things about our party members. The Red Prince has a date with another dreamer somewhere in the swampland to determine how he is going to regain his empire; meanwhile, Sebille learns that the Dreamer who had sewn her slavery scar unto her cheek cannot undo the wound, but points us to the Lone Wolves as potential informants as to the whereabouts of our ""master"".
