Check'n ASTRO: The Beginning
1In this video I take a look at ASTRO: The Beginning*, a side scrolling arcade shooter.
Seven achievements unlocked without me even loading it? First run through no weapon drops appeared but loads of health. I died at the first boss so I tried again. This run through there were finally weapon drops but they all look the same so you have no idea what your going to get. Sometimes they change your weapon and sometimes they don't. I ended up at the first boss with a terrible close range weapon and died. I played it with the keyboard and had a hard time moving to where I wanted, it kept over shooting, not sure if a gamepad (if supported) would be better. The game also loads in Russian and you either need to read Russian or figure out how to change the language as I did.
This title need some work, let's hope it gets it.
