Warhammer games come across as high quality fun games and this one doesn't disappoint.
You play as an Inquisitor, a powerful solo trooper who lays wasted to foes like it was squashing bugs and the gore animations look almost like you are. Really cool stuff.
I must admit I haven't played much Warhammer and I know they can be quite intense games so I approached this hesitantly thinking it might have a lot to take in and take ages to figure out but I was well off the mark. I jumped straight into the game and found it easy to pick up and play. It ran very smoothly on my GTX 970 and most importantly I found it very fun. There might be some die hard fans complaining about a few things but as a new comer I loved it and I didn't experience any bugs.
*******However I did hear about a network disconnection problem where if you get disconnected it returns you to the title screen and you loose all the levels progress. I reloaded the game and tested it and sure enough I was returned to the title screen and lost all my progress. I am going to recommend the game because it IS great but this issue is not good and could cause some people to not be able to play it, I should know, I have terrible internet. I think it gave me about one minute before it complained....you have been warned.*******
Anyway, the gore, the guns, and the fire power were a hoot. The story is dark and compelling and the art work is spectacular. These guys know how to make a game, I might even become a Warhammer fan and check the rest out.
