Adds a tactical variant of the CheyTac M200 into the S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Chernobyl modification. Ported from VicSR Mod.

Mod Bytes is a series in which I simply publish edits of the smaller mods and projects that I've been working on. There's no fancy stuff or complicated edits here. Just the mods themselves. Such videos tend to be shorter in length and don't feature any complex edits or artwork like my mod trailers tend to do.
