Chocolate lava cake - ASMR
Easy chocolate lava cake
60g unsalted butter
80g bittersweet chocolate broken
1 large egg
1 egg yolk
25g granulated sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 450F / 230*C - Butter and lightly flour 6 (4- to 5-ounce) ramekins and place them on baking paper
2. Combine the butter and chocolate in a double boiler and melt over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Combine the eggs, egg yolks, sugar in a large mixing bowl; Beat on medium speed until thick and pale yellow. Fold the chocolate mixture and flour into the egg mixture until well combined. Divide the batter among the prepared ramekins.
4. Bake for 7 minutes or until the sides of the cakes are firm set but the center is jiggly. Let the cakes cool in the ramekins for 1 minute.
5. Place a small dessert plate on top of the ramekin and flip the ramekin upside down to invert the cake onto the plate; sprinkle with icing sugar and serve hot.
